Linda Fields, MBA (born August 17, 1952), is an American educator, marketplace ministry leader, entrepreneur, author, and keynote speaker teaching a unique approach to personal leadership and professional success. She is an ordained Evangelical Christian minister.
Fields was born in McAllen, Texas, daughter of a Baptist minister in 1952. She survived a life-threatening fire at age 14 that resulted in second and third-degree burns covering her legs and arms. The burns miraculously healed without the requirement of skin grafts. She chronicles the story in her first book Find Your Why Forward.
Linda Fields completed a bachelor's degree in Business Education in 1974 and a Master of Business Administration degree in 1975 from Southwest Texas State University, now Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. She went on to teach business at the University.

She later joined the faculty of Brazosport College in Lake Jackson, Texas where she led the development of a corporate learning center that served over 150,000 participants including executives, managers, owners and employees in Fortune 500 corporations, small business, and government.
Fields left her post as executive director of the learning center to join the staff of the Joseph Company, the marketplace ministry arm of the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. She served as Director of the Joseph Company for three years.
She is currently CEO of 7M-Pact, a marketplace ministry organization that offers teachings on personal growth, leadership, productivity, and more based on timeless wisdom and spiritual principles through digital content platforms and live events.
The organization aims to change the understanding and expression of work globally by providing innovative education and experiences that develop the full potential of each person, with the belief that everyday people can and will impact the world.
